Built for the desk, not the deck

Your shop. Your trucks. One screen.
Stop running the board out of a spreadsheet.

Pylon is the dispatch board for small fleets and field-service crews. Drag a load to a driver. Watch the grid fill in. Close the day knowing what rolled and what didn't.

This is the screen. Drag a load to a driver.

No video. No animated GIF. The board below is the same primitive that runs Pylon. Pick up a card, drop it on a truck.

Tip: drag a load card onto a driver. Use R to reset the board, A to auto-assign.

The board, the radio, the brief. That is the product.

FEAT 01

One screen for the whole shop.

Loads on the left, drivers in the middle, completed on the right. No tabs. No drilling. The screen tells the truth at a glance, the way it does at the desk.

FEAT 02

Drag a load. Dispatch a truck.

Drop is the assign. Press D to dispatch. Press U for unit. We took the cues from real dispatch radio, not from a Jira board.

FEAT 03

End-of-shift brief, automatic.

What rolled, what did not, what is owed, what is paid. The brief lands in your inbox the moment the last truck logs off. No spreadsheet to update. No next-day reckoning.

You are running a 12-truck shop on Excel and group texts. We can fix that.

Excel + group texts

  • Every dispatcher has a different copy of the sheet
  • Driver hour-of-service tracked by memory
  • Customer wants an ETA. You phone the driver.
  • End of week reconciliation takes a Sunday
  • New hire takes 3 weeks to get the system

Pylon · one board

  • One screen, one source of truth
  • HOS clocks live next to the driver name
  • Customer ETA is on the public link, no call needed
  • Brief lands at end-of-shift, ready for billing
  • New dispatcher is productive on day one

The questions a dispatcher actually has.

Will this run on the cab tablet?

The driver app runs on iOS and Android, including the rugged Samsung Tab Active line. The dispatcher view runs on any browser, including older Chromebooks and Edge.

What happens to my existing TMS?

Pylon ingests load tenders from your existing TMS via EDI 204 or a CSV export. We do not ask you to switch billing systems. We replace the dispatch board, nothing else.

Do I need to commit to 12 months?

No. Month-to-month, cancel any month, your data exports to CSV. We earn the next month every month.

Can my dispatcher actually use this?

Yes. We onboard the dispatcher, not the executive. Setup call is 60 minutes, day one is shadow-mode, day three is full cutover.

Pylon holds the line. Hand off the spreadsheet.

Book the setup call. We put a pilot board in front of you in a week, no sales pitch on top.
