Four tiers, four levels of commitment. Most buyers spend $5 and decide whether to go further. Some skip straight to operator partnership. Both are fine paths.

It is not. The $5 reflects what we charge per buyer; the dossier is generated by the autonomous studio that runs continuously, plus periodic Foreman/skeptic critique passes. The total cost to produce one dossier is in the $30 to $80 range. We charge $5 because we want the friction to ship the dossier in 20 minutes of reading, and refundable.
If everyone refunded, this model would not work. So far refund rate is well below 5%.
$99 ships you the assets. You build, you launch, you sell. We are not in the loop after delivery.
Operator partnership is hands-on. We build to MVP with you, deploy to your domain, run the first 50 outbound conversations on the cc line. You own the relationships at the end. The price reflects the time cost of two senior people for 6 to 8 weeks.
Probably yes for adopt and operator tiers as the catalog matures. Unlock will likely stay at $5 for a year - it is the wedge. If you bought at $5 today, your dossier stays accessible at no extra cost.
No founder discounts, no seat tiers, no enterprise pricing. One price per tier, posted publicly.
Email wes@wishdeal.com with the slug and what's wrong. We update the dossier and the model improves for everyone. Worst case, refund. Best case, you save us from being wrong about a category.
$5 each is already the floor. Buy 10. We will not bundle.
Adopt-tier bundles ($99 each x N): yes, email us if you are evaluating five for an agency portfolio. We will quote a fixed price.
Email wes@wishdeal.com with the slug. No questions, no exit interview, no upsell. Refund within 24 hours. Your access to that dossier is removed.
Cheaper, by a few hundred to a few thousand dollars per report. Different too: market analyst reports tell you what category exists. The Factory dossier tells you exactly what to build, who to call, and what to charge.
If you would have bought a market analyst report instead, the dossier is probably not enough on its own; you want the operator partnership where we do the analyst work too.
Yes. Email wes@wishdeal.com with the slug and the recipient's email. We send them a private link.
Every paid tier is refundable for 30 days, no questions asked. Email wes@wishdeal.com with the slug or order ID.
The dossier remains accessible to your inbox after refund unless you ask us to revoke access. We trust you not to share it; you trust us not to keep charging.
The Factory itself ships under the principle that the buyer always has the option to walk away with no friction. The catalog is free. The dossier is one-time. The adopt is one-time. The operator engagement is scoped per phase. No subscription, no auto-renewal.
