What you're buying

Each Wishdeal Factory product comes in three paid tiers:

• $5 unlock: a 16-section markdown dossier for one product. Lifetime access via a private URL.
• $99 to $199 adopt: the dossier plus the working code starter, brand kit, copy library, and outreach pack template.
• Operator partnership (custom): a scoped engagement where we install and run launch with you. Phase A scope confirmation is fixed at $2,500.

The $5 and $99 tiers are one-time purchases. Operator partnership is invoiced separately per phase.

Refund policy

What you can do with the dossier

• Read it. Adapt it. Use it as a starting point for your own product.
• Share it with co-founders, employees, or contractors working on the same project.
• Quote from it in pitches, internal documents, or your own product's collateral.
• Build the product the dossier describes and own 100% of what you build.

What you can't do with the dossier

• Resell the dossier itself or upload it to a public file-share for anyone to download.
• Generate derivative dossiers for resale (no "Wishdeal Factory but cheaper" services using our content as the source material).
• Claim the dossier as your own original strategic work for licensing purposes.

If you're not sure whether your use case is on the right side of these lines, email and ask. We'd rather have the conversation than fight about it later.

What we promise

• The dossier exists, is generated by the autonomous studio described on the about page, and contains the 16 sections listed in the catalog.
• The financial estimates inside are Fermi-style heuristics, clearly labeled as such. They are not guarantees.
• The audio pitch is real and renders for every product.
• The link we email you stays valid for 365 days. If you lose it, we'll resend.
• If we substantially change what's in the dossier (e.g., remove sections), we'll let you know.

What we don't promise

• That any specific idea will become a profitable business for you. The honest page elaborates.
• That you will get specific revenue, customer counts, or growth rates.
• That the operator-partnership engagement will produce a specific outcome (we promise the work, not the result).
• SOC2, ISO27001, or any formal compliance attestation. Read our privacy page for what we do and don't do for security.

Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a $5 dossier purchase is the $5 you paid. For $99-$199 adopt purchases, similarly capped at the amount paid. For operator-partnership engagements, the cap is the amount paid for that phase.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption arising from your use (or non-use) of the dossier.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes go to courts in Los Angeles County. If you're outside the US, you can choose to invoke local consumer-protection law for the $5 / $99 tiers; we'll work in good faith.
