Wishdeal Factory Commission a build

FAQ

Real answers, no hype. If you have a question we haven't covered, email wes@wishdeal.com.

What you're actually buying

What does $5 unlock?

The full dossier for one idea. That includes the target buyer, exact pain point, why-now thesis, what the product does, a 5-page site map, implementation plan, suggested tech stack, MVP scope, the first 7 build tasks, a 30/60/90 day launch plan, pricing model, GTM channel, outreach angle, email drip sequence, LinkedIn message templates, likely objections, a risk memo, and a Fermi financial model.

Roughly 4-7 pages of structured product strategy per idea. Read time around 15-25 minutes.

What does $99-$199 "adopt" get me on top of that?

An expanded build kit on top of the dossier: starter project structure, branded landing-page HTML you can deploy as-is, copy variants, OG/social assets, a 30-day customer-discovery script, and a private Slack/Discord channel where you can ping us with build questions while you're shipping the MVP.

Think of it as: the dossier tells you what to build, the adopt tier gives you a head-start on actually building it.

How is the operator partnership different?

That's done-with-you. Pricing starts around $2,500 and varies by scope. Wes (or a vetted operator from our network) installs the system, runs the first 30-90 days of distribution, and either hands it back to you or stays on as an ongoing partner with a revenue share.

Not the default purchase path - it's only for buyers who want a launched product, not a strategy doc. See Operator Partnership.

Will the idea I unlock actually work?

We don't know. Neither does anyone else who sells "ideas." What we can promise is that the dossier is internally consistent, the math is checked, the ICP is real, and the technology is buildable today.

Most ideas in any portfolio fail. Some succeed because the founder had taste, hustle, distribution, and timing. The Factory removes ~3 weeks of strategy/research work; it doesn't remove execution risk.

Read Honest expectations before you buy.

Quality and authenticity

Are these AI-generated? Does that mean they're slop?

Yes, AI-generated. No, not slop - or at least we don't think so. Each idea passes through 14 distinct checks before it reaches the catalog: a market-existence test, an ICP-clarity test, a competitor-saturation check, a build-difficulty estimate, a unit-economics check, and a "skeptic memo" from a critical model that argues the idea won't work.

Roughly 60-70% of generated ideas get rejected before they're listed. You're seeing the survivors.

Are the testimonials and revenue numbers real?

No. We don't have live customers yet on most of these products - we just shipped them. Anywhere we show example screenshots, mockups, or testimonials, those are illustrative and labeled as such.

What's real: the strategy work, the financial models (Fermi math, labeled), the technical specs, and the catalog itself.

How is this different from buying a SaaS template on ThemeForest?

A template gives you frontend code with no business attached. The Factory gives you a business thesis with optional code. The dossier answers "should I build this and how do I sell it?" - which is harder than rendering a landing page.

Said differently: a template solves the build problem. The Factory solves the what to build and who to sell it to problem.

Logistics

Is the idea exclusive to me after I buy?

No. Exclusivity adds an order of magnitude to the price and we're trying to keep the catalog accessible. Multiple people may buy the same dossier.

In practice this matters less than you'd think - distribution and execution are the bottleneck, not the strategy doc. If you want exclusivity, that's part of the operator partnership tier.

Refunds?

30 days, no questions. If you read the dossier and feel like you wasted $5, email us and we'll refund. Full terms.

Can I resell or redistribute what I unlock?

You can use it to build and run a business. You can't repackage and resell the dossier itself. Terms.

What if I'm not technical?

The dossier is readable by a non-coder. The adopt tier includes a starter kit you'd still need a developer (or AI-assisted coding) to extend. The operator partnership is for buyers who don't want to build at all.

If you're considering the adopt tier and have no dev experience, we'd suggest emailing first so we can flag whether your specific idea is realistic to build solo with AI tools.

How fast can I launch after buying?

Honest answer: weeks to months, not days. The dossier is designed for a 30/60/90 day plan. The fastest plausible MVP launch is around 2 weeks if you have your tools set up and you're working full-time.

If someone tells you they shipped a real product in 48 hours, they were either rebuilding something they'd built before or shipping something not-yet-real. Distribution especially takes time.

About the Factory

Who is Wes?

Operator who's spent the last decade building, selling, and running B2B software products. Currently runs Sales Connector and a handful of other businesses. The Factory is a side experiment that turned into something we think is genuinely useful. More on the about page.

How does the autonomous studio work?

A Director loop ticks every 5-10 minutes, picks one of 14 actions (mine ideas, score, pick a winner, generate a landing page, polish copy, etc.), and ships output to the catalog. There are about 98 cron jobs handling per-product artifacts (FAQ, dossier teaser, OG image, JSON-LD, etc.).

You can read the public changelog to see how the system has evolved.

Why this pricing? Why not give it away free?

If it's free, we get tire-kickers and zero feedback signal. $5 is small enough that committed buyers don't blink and high enough that it filters for actual intent. Adopt-tier pricing is set so a single successful customer covers it many times over.

Operator partnership is priced where similar consultancy work lives - mid four figures and up.
