FAQ
What does self-hosted mean?
You run the code on your own servers or cloud account. No data leaves your infrastructure. You own the deployment, the data, and the model weights.
Do you offer a cloud version?
Not yet. Self-hosted is the core offering. If you need managed hosting, we can recommend third-party deployment partners (Fly.io, Railway, Heroku).
What documents do you support?
PDF, TXT, Markdown, DOCX, and images (OCR-backed). Upload via web UI or API.
How long to deploy?
Starter: 15 minutes with Docker. Enterprise: 1-2 hours with Kubernetes. Full docs and video walkthrough included.
What's the licensing model?
Perpetual license (one-time payment). Free updates for 12 months. Source code access included; you can fork and modify.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Docker demo image (2GB) runs locally. No signup required. Starter license needed for production use.
