Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade on any billing cycle. Changes take effect immediately. Pro-rated refunds applied to next billing date.
What's included in the free trial?
Full access to all Pro features for 14 days. No credit card required. Cancel anytime before trial ends and pay nothing.
Do you offer education or nonprofit discounts?
Yes, 40% off all plans for verified students and 50% off for nonprofits. Email sales@palmier.pro with credentials.
What happens to my projects if I downgrade or cancel?
Projects stay in your account for 90 days after downgrade or cancellation. You can export them anytime during this window. Studio customers get 1 year.
Is there a cap on export volume?
No. Export as much as you want. Concurrent export slots determine how many videos render simultaneously, but total output is unlimited.
Do I need an Apple Silicon Mac to run Palmier?
Palmier runs on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs (macOS 12+). Performance is best on M1/M2/M3 systems with 16GB+ RAM.
