What counts as a rescue call?
A rescue call is any outbound voice attempt to reschedule a no-show appointment. This includes calls that reach voicemail. We bill per attempt, not per successful reschedule. This means you only pay for outreach, not for results we can't control.
Do I get overage charges if I exceed monthly calls?
No. We don't bill overage charges. If your Professional plan runs out of calls mid-month, you can upgrade to Enterprise immediately, or we can provision additional monthly calls at $0.25 per call for the remainder of that month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel with 7 days notice. Annual plans can cancel with 30 days notice, and we refund unused months prorated. No questions asked.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. All plans come with 20% off when you commit to annual billing. That's $23/mo for Starter and $63/mo for Professional when paid upfront.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. We integrate with your Sales Connector account in under 10 minutes. Most teams are rescuing no-shows on their first day.
What if I'm on Sales Connector but not ready to buy?
We offer a 14-day free trial on Professional (no credit card required). You get full access to all Professional features so you can measure the recovery rate on your real appointments before committing.
Can I switch plans mid-year?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the cost.
