How long does setup take?

Most customers are routing leads within 4 hours. We handle the integration with your CRM or webhook, you define your routing rules (usually 15-30 minutes), and you're live. No developer required.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. We give you 7 days to test Lead Router with your actual lead flow, no credit card required. You'll see exactly how it performs before committing.

Yes. You can route leads to email, Slack, webhooks, or custom destinations. Many teams use Lead Router standalone, then manually log outcomes into their CRM.

How are leads delivered after routing?

Routed leads are delivered via webhook, API, email notification, Slack alert, or direct CRM update. You choose the method.

Capabilities and Limits

How many leads can Lead Router handle?

Lead Router scales to thousands of leads per day. We handle the throughput; you focus on conversion. No slowdowns, no dropouts.

Can I customize routing rules?

Completely. You can route based on any field: geography, company size, product interest, lead source, custom attributes, you name it. Mix and match conditions (AND/OR logic). No limits on rule complexity.

What happens if a lead doesn't match any rule?

You set a fallback rule. Leads that don't match any defined rule are automatically routed to your default destination (a team, person, or queue).

Can I A/B test different routing strategies?

Yes. You can define multiple routing profiles and route a percentage of leads to each, then compare conversion rates and optimize.

Performance and Analytics

How do I know if my routing is working?

You get a dashboard showing leads routed, response times per rule, conversion rates by routing path, and team assignment accuracy. Export data anytime.

Can I see which rules perform best?

Yes. The dashboard breaks down conversion rate by routing rule, so you see which rules produce the highest-value leads. Use this to refine your strategy.

How often does Lead Router learn and improve?

The system learns continuously. Every conversion you report back improves routing accuracy for future leads. You can retrain weekly, daily, or in real time.
