How do per-call charges work?

Each inbound call to your dedicated voice line is billed at your plan rate. Calls are metered in 6-second increments. A 2-minute call costs the same as a 2-minute-59-second call. You see all calls and charges in real time via your dashboard.

Is there a monthly minimum?

No. Starter and Professional plans charge only for calls received. Enterprise and Reseller accounts often prefer monthly minimums for budget predictability - we'll work with you to set one.

What if we get a spike in calls (wedding season, holidays)?

Unlimited. There's no cap. All plans handle traffic spikes automatically. Your per-call rate stays the same whether you get 10 calls or 1,000 in a month.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes. Professional and Enterprise accounts get 15-20% off when prepaying annually. Contact sales for a quote.

What about setup and implementation?

Starter: self-serve onboarding, 1-2 hours. Professional: $1,500 setup fee, we handle voice tuning and CRM sync, 2-3 days. Enterprise: custom, negotiated per contract.

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?

Absolutely. Changes take effect immediately. Billing adjusts prorated for the remainder of your month.

What about compliance and security?

All plans meet PCI DSS (if collecting payment info), SOC 2 Type II, and GDPR requirements. Enterprise plans add guaranteed HIPAA and state-specific compliance audits.

Do you offer a trial or free tier?

Yes. 14-day free trial (up to 50 calls). No credit card required. After trial, move to any plan or cancel.
