What counts as a screening?
One screening = one voice call placed to one candidate. If a candidate declines or doesn't answer, it still counts as one screening. Screening duration doesn't affect pricing.
Can I go over my monthly limit?
Yes. If you exceed your plan limit, we charge $8 per additional screening. You can also upgrade mid-month, and we'll prorate the difference.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Starter and Professional plans are ready to go immediately. Enterprise customers may require 1-2 weeks for ATS integration, but there's no integration fee.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalty. Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Do you offer discounts for annual commitment?
Yes. Annual plans get 20% off the monthly rate. Professional annual = $7,592/year instead of $9,588.
What about volume discounts for large staffing groups?
