Pricing Questions

How are events counted?

Each NPI status change, payer enrollment update, or credentialing event counts as one event. You only pay for signals you receive. No hidden per-API-call fees.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Changes take effect on your next billing date. We prorate any overage or credit.

Is there a long-term discount?

Annual plans receive 15% off. Contact our sales team for multi-year arrangements.

What if I exceed my plan's event limit?

We alert you at 80% capacity. You can upgrade instantly or purchase additional event blocks at $0.25 per event.
