Which POS systems do you support?
FranchiseAI currently connects to Square, Toast, Clover, Lightspeed, and Aloha. We also support direct CSV import for any system not yet on our integration list. If your POS is not listed, contact us. We add new integrations based on operator demand and typically turn new ones around in two to four weeks.
Does my franchisor need to approve this tool?
FranchiseAI reads your existing operational data and helps you prepare franchisor-required documentation. It does not modify your franchisor-connected systems or trigger any clause we have seen in a standard franchise agreement. Most operators use it without franchisor involvement. If your agreement contains unusual technology approval language, we recommend a quick review before connecting your systems.
How long does setup take?
Most operators complete setup in under two hours, including the onboarding call. Connecting your POS and uploading your franchisor report templates is the bulk of the time. The staff knowledge bot is ready to use once you upload your ops manual, usually a single PDF. We stay on the call until everything is pulling correctly.
What if I only have one location right now?
FranchiseAI is built specifically for multi-location operators. If you have one location today but plan to open a second within 12 months, you can start on the Starter plan and the platform grows with you. If you have a single location with no near-term expansion plans, this is probably not the right fit for your current stage.
Is my operational data secure?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your operational data with any third party, including your franchisor. Access is role-based so only accounts you authorize can view your portfolio data. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and conduct annual third-party security audits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No annual contracts on monthly billing. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. We do not charge cancellation fees and you can export all your data at any time in standard CSV format. We would rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
