How does the free trial work?
30 days, full access to your chosen plan tier. No credit card required to start. At the end, choose to upgrade or cancel. We do not auto-charge.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual contracts get 15% off. Professional becomes $254/month billed once per year, saving $540 annually.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime. Upgrade to Professional or Enterprise with no penalty. Downgrades are pro-rated. Changes take effect immediately.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No setup fees. We handle driver import and TMS integration setup at no charge. Most onboarding takes 2-3 hours and is completed by our team.
What TMS and fleet software do you integrate with?
Professional and Enterprise plans include API access. We integrate natively with Verizon Connect, Geotab, Samsara, Teletrac Navman, and others. Email us your stack and we'll confirm compatibility.
Can I start on Starter and move to Professional later?
Yes. Start on Starter with up to 10 drivers, test the automation, then upgrade to Professional when you're ready for the full feature set.
What happens if I have more than 50 drivers?
Upgrade to Enterprise. We handle fleets of any size. Custom pricing is based on driver count and feature complexity.
Do you offer refunds?
Within the first 30 days, yes, we offer a full refund if you're not satisfied. After that, monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no early termination fees.
