Pricing FAQs

How are you calculating "customer records"?

We count unique customers in your CRM or data warehouse that we analyze for propensity. Inactive records (no login in 12 months) are not counted. You can always export your customer list to see what we're scoring.

Can I upgrade mid-month?

Yes. Upgrades are prorated based on your billing cycle. You'll only pay for the additional features from the upgrade date forward.

What happens if I exceed my tier limit?

We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your customer record limit. You can upgrade instantly in your dashboard, or we'll pause new record ingestion until you do.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes. Annual plans get 20% off the monthly rate. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom terms.

Is there a free trial?

All plans start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You'll get immediate access to propensity scoring for up to 1K customers during trial.

What if the pricing model doesn't fit my use case?
