Do I need a long-term contract?
No. Starter and Professional are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can upgrade or cancel anytime. Enterprise customers typically commit annually.
What if I only need benchmarks for 1 month?
You can cancel anytime. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access through the end of your billing period. We don't pro-rate refunds, but there are no early termination fees.
Can I get a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Professional plans are 20% off when billed annually. Starter gets 15% off. Contact sales for volume discounts on Enterprise.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Yes. Reach out to sales@campaignbenchmark.com with your nonprofit EIN or .edu email, and we'll discuss pricing options.
How do you calculate peer benchmarks? Is it anonymized?
Benchmarks are built from aggregate, anonymized campaign data across our customer base. No customer's individual data is exposed. We exclude outliers and only show cohorts with 10+ samples for statistical rigor.
What if I have custom needs?
Contact our sales team. We build custom feature sets and white-label integrations for Enterprise customers. Common requests: custom benchmarking dimensions, Salesforce/HubSpot sync, dedicated support channels.
