Integrations

Connect Aura to your existing monitoring stack and incident management tools. Automate incident investigation across your favorite platforms.

Monitoring & Observability

Datadog

Pull metrics, logs, and trace data directly into incident investigations. Use Datadog APM events to seed Aura's analysis.

monitoring

New Relic

Stream NRQL query results and entity data to enrich Aura's context during remediation. Bi-directional annotations.

monitoring

Prometheus

Query time-series data from Prometheus during incident analysis. Filter by alert rules and custom metrics.

monitoring

Grafana

Embed Grafana dashboards in incident details. Link alerts to Aura investigations for faster root-cause correlation.

monitoring

Incident Management

PagerDuty

Automatically create incidents in PagerDuty from Aura findings. Close incidents when Aura detects remediation.

incident mgmt

Opsgenie

Route Aura alerts to Opsgenie escalation policies. Add investigation findings as timeline attachments to on-call incidents.

incident mgmt

Incident.io

Attach Aura analysis to incident.io timelines. Sync resolution status and post-incident review findings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which integrations do you recommend first?
Start with your primary monitoring platform (Datadog, New Relic, or Prometheus) and your incident management system (PagerDuty or Opsgenie). These two form the foundation. Add Slack integration to surface findings in your war room. Then layer in cloud platform and ticketing integrations based on your stack.
Do integrations require API keys or OAuth?
Most integrations use API keys or OAuth tokens stored securely in Aura. We support both bearer tokens and basic auth depending on the platform. API credentials are encrypted at rest and never logged or exported.
Can I integrate with custom or in-house monitoring tools?
Yes. Aura supports webhook ingestion and OpenMetrics-compatible endpoints. Contact sales to discuss custom integrations with proprietary monitoring systems.
How much does integration setup take?
Most integrations can be configured in under 10 minutes via API key or OAuth consent. We provide step-by-step setup guides for each platform. Enterprise accounts get dedicated integration support.
Do integrations have rate limits?
Each integration respects the rate limits of the target platform. Aura implements backoff and batching to avoid throttling. Contact support for high-volume scenarios (e.g., ingesting > 10k metrics/min).
Can I disable or modify integrations on the fly?
Yes. Integrations can be enabled/disabled per incident or as a default policy. You can also configure sampling rates (e.g., ingest only warnings and errors from Datadog) to reduce noise.

Coming Soon

We are actively expanding our integration library. Planned support for: Honeycomb, Lightstep, Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK, Kafka event streams, and more.
