Most venues recover the subscription cost within 48 hours

Venues on AfterHours consistently report higher table minimums, fewer no-shows, and a wider base of returning guests. When you stop losing revenue to comp-tab leakage and reservation ghosts, the platform pays for itself fast.

Built for the people who run the night

Venue managers, group owners, and promoters share what shifted after moving their operation to AfterHours.

"We stopped losing roughly $4,000 a weekend to no-shows the moment we turned on deposit collection. I wish we had done this two years ago instead of arguing about it."
Marcus Reyes

Owner, Revel Lounge -- Miami, FL
"Managing five venues from one screen changed how I run my week. The cross-venue guest view told us things about our highest spenders that we had never been able to track before."
Danielle Cho

"The promoter portal made our top promoters more competitive with each other. Friday nights are up 38 percent since we started making their numbers visible to the whole team."

Common Questions

Everything you want to know before signing up

No setup fees on any plan, and no long-term contract is required on monthly billing. Annual billing saves 20 percent but commits you to 12 months. You can cancel any monthly plan before your next renewal date without penalty. Enterprise agreements may include custom terms your sales contact will walk through before you sign anything.

On the Venue plan you can issue up to 5,000 tickets per calendar month. If you regularly exceed that ceiling, your account manager will reach out about upgrading to Group, which removes the cap entirely. We will never block ticket sales mid-event. If you go over during a billing period, we credit you and discuss the right plan afterward.

You get full access to the Group plan feature set for 14 days, no credit card required. You can import your guest list, run a live event, and process real transactions during the trial. At the end of 14 days, choose a plan and enter billing information. If you choose not to continue, your account deactivates and all your data remains exportable for 30 days before permanent removal.

The Venue plan covers a single location. A second property requires upgrading to Group, which covers up to five locations under one account. Additional locations beyond five on a Group plan are $149/mo each. For 10 or more locations, contact the enterprise team for volume pricing.

No. AfterHours charges a flat monthly subscription and you keep 100 percent of your ticket and reservation revenue. Standard Stripe processing fees apply to each transaction (typically 2.9% plus $0.30), but those go to Stripe. As your revenue grows, your AfterHours cost stays flat. This is a deliberate design decision, not a promotional offer.

Native integrations are live for Toast, Square, Lightspeed, and Clover on all plans. Group and Enterprise customers can connect additional systems via the REST API and webhooks. Our integration library expands quarterly. If your POS is not listed, contact support and we will confirm whether it is on the roadmap or available as a custom Enterprise build.

You own your guest data entirely. AfterHours stores it on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure in the United States, with optional EU hosting for Enterprise customers. Guest data is never sold or shared with third parties. You can export a full copy at any time. When you cancel, your data remains exportable for 30 days before it is permanently purged.

Yes. Seasonal venues can pause their subscription for up to four months per calendar year and resume exactly where they left off -- all guest data and configurations are preserved. Contact billing to arrange a pause before your closure date. Annual plan customers are handled through prorated credits; your account manager will walk you through the specifics.

Your first event is closer than you think

Set up your venue in under 20 minutes, import your guest list, and go live for your next event. No IT department required. No credit card to start. Full platform access on day one.

14 days free. Full Group features. Cancel before trial ends and pay nothing.
