Our OCR captures 95 percent or higher of key fields on clear receipts. For damaged or handwritten receipts, accuracy may be lower. You can always correct and confirm entries before exporting to your accounting software.
We handle printed receipts, invoices, bills, and purchase orders. Thermal, laser-printed, and color copies all work. Blurry or low-resolution photos may require manual correction.
Most receipts are processed in 10 to 30 seconds. You'll get a WhatsApp message confirming the extraction with a link to review and edit before export.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't store receipt images after processing. Extracted data lives in your Google Sheets or accounting software of choice, never on our servers longer than needed for the extraction.
Only people you invite to share the WhatsApp bot. You control access fully. Team members can only see receipts they process or you explicitly share with them.
All extractions are logged with timestamps and user information. Export reports include who submitted each receipt for full audit readiness and compliance purposes.

No. One account covers your whole team. Add as many members as you need to the shared WhatsApp bot without additional per-seat fees.
Simply reply with corrections and the bot learns for future receipts. You can also edit entries in Google Sheets before exporting to your accounting software for full control.

You can still access the web dashboard to view and manage all extracted receipts. Messages queue and sync when your connection returns. No data is lost.
