What counts as a client account?

Each unique business (person or company) using your white-label VoiceTrail dashboard counts as one client account. You set the pricing and billing for each client.

What happens if I exceed my monthly transcription limit?

We notify you when you reach 80% of your plan limit. You can upgrade anytime or purchase additional transcriptions at $2 per transcription above your plan allocation.

Does the margin include all features?

Your margin is the difference between what you charge your clients and what you pay us. For example, if you charge a client $500/month and pay us $175, your margin is $325. You control client pricing entirely.

Can I mix tiers or customize my plan?

Yes. If your needs don't fit a standard tier, contact our sales team. We offer custom plans for agencies with unique requirements or growth trajectories.

Is there a setup fee?

Starter and Professional tiers include standard SC API integration setup at no additional cost. Enterprise tiers may include custom integration work priced separately based on scope.

What's included in your support?

Can I downgrade or cancel anytime?
