How are emails counted?

One email = one billable unit, regardless of recipients. A message sent to 5 people counts as 5 emails. Monthly limits reset on the first of each month.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

What happens if I exceed my plan limit?

We'll notify you at 80% usage. You can upgrade instantly. If you exceed your limit without upgrading, additional emails are billed at overages ($0.10 per 1,000 emails, pro-rated).
