No. Workers respond to StaffingAI broadcasts via standard SMS. No app download is required at any point. The system works with any cell phone that can receive text messages. An optional web app is available for workers who prefer it, but it is never required and never a barrier to a worker accepting a shift.

What ATS systems does StaffingAI integrate with?
