Yes. You can change your plan at any time. If you downgrade, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we pro-rate the difference.
What counts as one collateral piece?
One email campaign, LinkedIn post, sales one-sheet, video script, case study overview, or pitch deck counts as one piece. Revisions and iterations of the same piece don't count against your limit.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual plans receive 20% off your monthly rate. For example, Professional is $334/month annually instead of $349/month. Contact our team for multi-year or volume discounts.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. If you're not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid month.
What if I exceed my monthly limit?
You'll receive a notification when you're at 80% of your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime. We never charge surprise overage fees.
Can multiple people use one account?
Yes. Professional and Enterprise plans include team seats. Each team member gets their own login and can create, edit, and publish collateral while sharing brand templates and guidelines.
