Getting Started

How long does setup take?

15 minutes. Connect your POS, select metrics, receive your first video by end of week. No technical expertise required.

Which POS systems do you support?

Toast, Square for Restaurants, TouchBistro, MarginEdge, and 20+ others. If yours isn't listed, we can integrate within a week. Contact us for custom setups.

Single location or groups only?

Both. Generate videos for individual units, regional rollups, or company-wide views. Scale to match your organizational structure.

Video Generation & Metrics

When do I get my videos?

Every Monday at 6 AM, emailed to your team. Download anytime from your dashboard. Customize delivery day and time in settings.

What metrics are included?

Labor cost %, food cost %, and revenue vs. target in every video. Add custom metrics: waste, inventory shrink, covers per labor hour, or any KPI you track.

Can I change metrics weekly?

Yes. Update your dashboard anytime. Changes take effect the following Monday. Set seasonal benchmarks for different times of year.

How far back is data available?

Full history from day one. Trend reports show 52 weeks by default. Export historical data as CSV or PDF anytime.

Data & Security

How is my data protected?

Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). SOC 2 Type II certified, PCI DSS compliant. Videos never shared without permission.

Can I control who sees videos?

Yes. Set permissions by role: GM, regional director, owner, accountant. Each person sees only relevant units and metrics. Audit logs track access.

What happens if my POS syncs fail?

We use the last successful data pull. Videos still generate on schedule. You're notified of sync issues via email.

Billing & Plans

How is pricing calculated?

Per location, per month. One location: $299. Two to five: $249 each. Six or more: $199 each. All plans include custom metrics, audit logs, and support.

Setup fees or contracts?

No setup fee. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime. Most operators stay because ROI is immediate.

Annual billing discounts?

15% off when you pay annually. Multi-unit operators with 10+ locations: we offer custom pricing. Contact sales.

Customization & Support

Can I brand the videos?

Yes. Upload your logo for every video. Add custom intro/outro narration in your voice or ours.

Phone support available?

Standard plans: email support with 2-hour response. Premium plans: phone support and dedicated onboarding. Most issues resolve in the setup wizard.

Custom reports?

Yes. Export data in any format. White-label versions available for consultants and accountants serving restaurants.

Performance & Quality

Will this slow our POS?

No. Data pulls happen at 2 AM, off-peak. Integration uses less than 1% bandwidth. Zero impact on customer operations.

Video format and size?

MP4, mobile-optimized. Average video: 90 seconds, 15 MB. Plays on any smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Embed in intranet or Slack?

Yes. Generate shareable links or embed codes. Videos expire after 90 days by default. Change retention in security settings.
