One lookup = one API call. Batch requests are billed per IP checked. No charge for errors or rate-limit responses.
Do you offer free credits for new accounts?
Research tier comes with $5 free credit to test. No time limit. Unused credit never expires.
Can I pay monthly instead?
Production tier: $2,000/month flat includes 100k lookups. Enterprise: custom terms. Research tier is pay-as-you-go only.
What SLAs do you offer?
Production: 99.9% uptime, <100ms p99. Enterprise: custom SLA. All tiers get 10-second request timeout.
