Pricing FAQ
What happens if I exceed my matter limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. Overage matters are billed at $25 per matter per month on top of your tier. You control the limit.
Can I add more attorney voices?
Starter tier includes 1 voice. Professional tier includes 5. Each additional voice beyond your tier limit is $40 per month. Enterprise has unlimited voices.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual commitments receive 20% off the monthly rate. Enterprise gets custom pricing. Contact sales for details.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. You can pause for up to 3 months per year without losing your settings or video archive. Resume anytime in your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (auto-billing monthly or annually), ACH transfer, and wire transfer for Enterprise. Invoicing available on annual plans.
Are there setup fees or onboarding costs?
No setup fees. Starter and Professional are fully self-service. Enterprise may include a one-time integration fee for API or CRM sync, quoted separately.
