Compliance and Data

In secure, encrypted servers (AWS, SOC 2 certified). You own the data. We back it up daily and keep it as long as your subscription is active. You can export or delete at any time.
Yes. At the start of every call, the agent plays a brief notice: 'This call is being recorded.' In two-party consent states (CA, IL, etc.), the prospect's agreement to proceed counts as consent. We handle this automatically.
