What if the MLS has a character limit I need to hit exactly?

Frontage generates MLS copy in three length variants: short (500 chars), standard (750 chars), and long (1,000 chars). You pick the one that fits your MLS and your brokerage's preferences. Every variant is complete -- not truncated.

How accurate is it if I give rough notes?

Very. The model is specifically calibrated for low-quality inputs: fragmented bullet points, voice-to-text transcripts, MLS field dumps. It does not hallucinate features -- it works from what you give it and flags any gaps with a reminder to add specifics.

Can I use it for rentals and commercial listings?

The current version is optimized for residential resale. Rental and commercial prompts will work but with less precision. A rental-specific output pack is on our Q3 roadmap. If you are primarily a rental agent, hold tight -- we'll let you know when it ships.

Does Frontage integrate with my CRM or MLS?

Direct integrations are coming. Right now Frontage is a standalone tool -- you paste in, copy out. We have Follow Up Boss and Chime integrations planned for Q4 2026. If your CRM has a public API, email us and we will prioritize it.
