Which booking and gallery tools does it connect to?

Can I control which clients receive automation?

Yes. You can pause automation per booking with one click. You can also exclude specific clients from specific sequences, which is useful for corporate accounts or longtime clients who prefer direct communication.

Will my clients know they are getting automated messages?

No, not unless you tell them. Messages go from your email address, use your name, and match your voice once you tune the templates. They read like personal messages because you wrote the originals.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Your account is downgraded to read-only. All your historical logs, client records, and templates are preserved for 12 months. If you reactivate, everything is right where you left it with no data loss.

Is there a contract or annual commitment?

No contracts. Month to month on all plans. An annual option is available at a 20% discount if you want to lock in the rate, but it is never required to get started or stay on the platform.
