Pricing Questions

Do I pay per interview or per file uploaded?
You pay per interview analyzed. If you upload a 60-minute recording as one interview, that is one charge. If you upload an audio file containing three separate interviews, that is three charges.
Can I try before committing to payment?
Yes. Create a free account and analyze your first interview at no cost. After your first interview, billing begins on a pay-as-you-go basis with no monthly minimums.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. Teams running 200+ interviews per month qualify for custom pricing. Email our sales team to discuss your research program and find the right plan.
Do unused interview slots roll over?
We use pay-as-you-go billing, not credits. You pay only for interviews you analyze. No monthly fees, no unused budget that expires.
Which languages are supported in Professional?
Professional includes transcription and analysis for Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and English. Enterprise customers can add support for other Indian languages.
