What exactly is an agent call?
Each invocation of a tool by any agent in your workflow counts as one call. If an agent makes 3 API calls to determine a routing decision, that is 3 calls. Failed calls count toward your limit.
Can I cancel mid-cycle?
Yes. Starter and Professional are month-to-month with no contract. Cancel anytime through your account dashboard before renewal, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
Do you have annual pricing?
Yes. Prepay annually and save 20% on both Starter and Professional. Enterprise contracts are custom. Email sales@example.com for details.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
We alert you at 80% usage. You can upgrade to the next tier immediately without waiting for the month to end, or implement rate-limiting in your orchestrations.
Is there a trial?
Yes. All Starter features are free for 14 days with full access. No credit card required. After trial ends, your choice to upgrade or discontinue.
What support comes with each tier?
Starter includes email support during business hours. Professional includes priority queuing (2-hour response target) and direct Slack access. Enterprise includes 24/7 on-call engineers and dedicated CSM.
