Pricing Questions

What counts as a lead alert?

One alert = one business matching your signal rules (new court filing, regulatory action, ownership change). Duplicates from multiple sources count as one alert. You're charged per alert delivered, not per search or query.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel monthly plans immediately. Annual plans receive a 30-day notice window.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes. Pay annually and receive 20% off your monthly rate. Professional tier: $3,192/year. Starter: $952/year.

What if I exceed my monthly limit?

We'll notify you at 80% usage. You can upgrade immediately or adjust your alert rules to stay within budget. Overages are never charged without consent.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card required to start.

Do you offer non-profit or academic discounts?

Yes. Legal aid organizations and law school clinics receive 40% off Professional and Starter plans. Email sales@legaltrigger.com with proof of status.

How is my data secured?

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and attorney-client privilege standards. SOC 2 Type II audit results available upon request.

What does white-label include?

Custom branding, your domain, your logo, your alerts terminology. Our backend runs invisibly. Enterprise customers manage their own client onboarding and billing.
