How Our Pricing Works

What counts as one scan?

One image, one post, or one video frame processed by our compliance engine equals one scan. Duplicate checks are free. A multi-image post is charged as separate scans (one per image).

Do you charge overage fees if we exceed our tier?

No. If your volume approaches your limit, we notify you immediately. We work with you to upsize your tier before you exceed it. No unexpected charges. Ever.

Is there a setup or implementation fee?

For Startup and Growth tiers: no separate setup fee. For Enterprise: yes, typically 5M to 10M KRW depending on custom integrations and rule complexity. This is a one-time cost.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes. Prepay for 12 months and save 15%. Prepay for 24 months and save 25%. Both include unlimited support upgrades and no price increases.

Can we downgrade mid-contract if our volume drops?

Monthly billing, no lock-in. Downgrade takes effect on your next renewal date. No penalties, no early termination fees.

What is included in the implementation process?

Full API documentation, dedicated test environment, 4 hours of staff training, custom compliance rule setup, and 30 days of onboarding support. Most platforms go live in 3 to 7 days.

Do you charge for compliance audit reports?

No. Regulatory compliance reporting is built into every tier. Growth and Enterprise tiers include weekly detailed audits. Startup tier gets monthly summaries.
