How often is the data refreshed?
Contact lists are updated bi-weekly. LinkedIn profiles refresh when accounts change roles, and company data updates when new public filings are detected. You receive a digest of changes so you know when a prospect's title or company has shifted.
Is the data GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data comes from public records, LinkedIn public profiles, and business registrations. No personal data is scraped beyond what is legally required for B2B outreach. You retain full control over how data is used and can delete records on request.
Can I filter by event type or size?
Yes. Filter inbound inquiries by event type (conferences, corporate retreats, weddings), estimated guest count, and spending history. Set custom rules to auto-flag high-value prospects based on company size and event patterns.

Pricing & Plans

How much does it cost?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans have no lock-in and cancel with 48 hours notice. Annual plans are discounted 25% but also cancel anytime after 90 days.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Sign up for a 14-day trial and get 50 enriched leads free. No credit card required. After trial, you're on a pay-as-you-go plan until you choose a subscription.

Support & Data Quality

What if a lead is inaccurate?
Contact our support team and we'll flag it for review. If a data point is wrong, we correct it and credit your account. We aim for 98% accuracy on LinkedIn matches and 95% on company data.
How do you source venue event history?
We aggregate data from event planning platforms, hotel management systems, property management APIs, and third-party event databases. For venues you own, upload your own event calendar to supplement enrichment.
What is your uptime SLA?
99.5% uptime guaranteed. We maintain redundant infrastructure and automatic failover. Any outages longer than 1 hour result in service credits.
Do you have phone support?
Email support is included with all plans. Phone support is available with annual plans or as an add-on. Enterprise customers get dedicated account managers.
