What is included in each weekly briefing?

Every briefing shows current occupancy, ADR trends, forward-booking velocity, and AI-generated revenue actions designed for your market and property segment. Videos are 3 to 5 minutes, viewable in under 5 minutes on any device.

When does the briefing arrive?

Standard delivery is Monday mornings at 6 AM PT, giving you the weekend recap and week-ahead forecast. Multi-Property clients can customize delivery time and day.

Can I customize the briefing format?

Yes. Multi-Property and Enterprise plans include format options (video length, metric selection, branding). Single Property uses our standard template optimized for quick decisions.

How do you get the occupancy and rate data?

We integrate directly with Opera, Fidelio, Micros, MarginLoft, and other major PMS and channel managers via secure API. We handle all setup at no extra cost.

Is there a setup fee?

What is the difference between Multi-Property and Enterprise?
