One lead = one new venue (restaurant, hotel, event space, fast-casual) passing our filtering criteria. We count the venue once, even if multiple decision-makers are enriched. No per-contact overages.
Can I go month-to-month or do I need an annual contract?
Month-to-month by default. Annual customers get 20% off. Cancel anytime with 30-day notice.
What if my actual lead volume exceeds my plan?
We monitor usage and proactively notify you when you're approaching limit. Overage rate is $6 per extra lead. Or upgrade mid-month without penalty.
Do you offer discounts for annual prepay or multi-year?
Yes. Annual: 20% off. Multi-year (2-3yr): 30% off. Enterprise plans are custom quoted per usage volume.
What if we're not happy with the data quality?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on initial purchase. If accuracy drops below 94%, we credit you 50% of that month's fee.
Can I export or move my data?
