What is Hire Signal?
Hire Signal detects when candidates in your target market show intent to change jobs. By monitoring hiring signals across LinkedIn and professional networks, we identify passive candidates who are actively signaling their readiness to hire or move roles. This lets you reach out when motivation is highest, improving your response rates dramatically.
How does the detection algorithm work?
We analyze behavioral signals that correlate with active job search: profile updates, headline changes, endorsement activity, recruiter engagement, and application patterns. Our system combines multiple signals to produce a confidence score, so you know which leads are worth reaching right now.
Can you integrate with our ATS?
Yes. We integrate with Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Lever, and Bamboo HR. We also provide a REST API and CSV export for custom systems. Most setups take under 30 minutes.
How many candidates can we track?
