How are visa sponsorships counted?
Each unique candidate for whom you file an H1B petition counts as one sponsorship. Renewals and amendments count separately. We track this automatically via your ATS connection.
What if we exceed our sponsorship limit mid-month?
You will be notified at 80 percent through your quota. You can upgrade anytime without proration. We will never pause your automations mid-process.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Annual plans are 20 percent off. Contact our sales team for multi-year agreements and volume discounts.
What happens if we downgrade mid-month?
Downgrade requests are processed at the end of your current billing cycle. We will send a clear summary of what features you will lose so you can plan accordingly.
How long does implementation take?
Startup and Growing plans: 1 to 2 weeks to connect your ATS and configure compliance rules. Enterprise: 4 to 6 weeks with dedicated onboarding and custom integrations.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. 14-day free trial on Startup and Growing plans. No credit card required. You will have full feature access and can sponsor real candidates during the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month plans can be canceled with 7 days notice. Annual plans can be canceled with 30 days notice. We will export all your data in standard formats.
