What happens after my free trial?
Your trial converts to your chosen plan. We charge your card on day 8. Cancel anytime before then at no charge. All generated videos remain yours forever.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades start at your next billing date. Pause for up to 30 days without losing videos or losing your account.
Do I own the videos I generate?
Completely. You own all generated videos. Use them for marketing, sales, training, or anything else. We may showcase them as portfolio examples (you can opt out).
What formats and quality are supported?
MP4 (H.264), WebM, and ProRes. Starter gets 1080p, Pro/Team get 4K. Frame rates: 24, 30, 60 fps. Audio: AAC stereo or Dolby Digital.
How long does a video take to render?
Most videos render in 3-8 minutes depending on length, effects, and current queue. Complex custom renders may take 15 min. You get a notification when ready.
What can I input - just code repos?
Code repos (GitHub), live URLs, PDFs, PowerPoint decks. Describe what you want ('ship a customer lifecycle demo') and Poko generates a narrative-driven video using Claude AI and Remotion.
