Do I really not need an engineer?

Correct for setup. The no-code connectors handle authentication and the data pipeline, and the audience builder needs no SQL. An engineer is only useful later if you want custom warehouse models, and even then the platform does the sync.

How accurate is identity resolution?

We match on email, device, and order history, and you control the matching rules. You can review merges before they apply and split a profile if a match looks wrong, so a stray merge never quietly corrupts your data.

What happens when a tool changes its API?

We maintain the connectors. When Shopify ships a new API version or Meta updates its graph, we update the integration so your sync keeps running. That maintenance is the work you are paying us to never think about.

Can it sit on top of my warehouse?
