How do you count conversations?
One conversation equals one complete exchange or transcript from a single customer interaction. Internal forwarding, transfers, and automated messages do not count toward your monthly limit.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
You get notified at 80% of your monthly limit. You can upgrade anytime. If you go over, we will not charge you automatically; we will alert you and discuss options with your team.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Enterprise customers with multi-year commitments can negotiate volume discounts. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.
Is there a setup fee or implementation cost?
No setup fees. Professional and Enterprise plans include implementation and onboarding support at no additional cost. We handle integration, data import, and team training.
