How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up and get full access to all Practice plan features for 14 days. No credit card required. At the end of your trial you choose the plan that fits and enter your billing details. If Coach AI is not the right fit, just let the trial expire. No charges, no follow-up pressure.
Can I import my existing clients and session history?
Yes. Coach AI accepts CSV imports for client lists and session logs. Our onboarding team will walk you through the process during your first week. Most coaches are fully migrated within one business day. We support direct imports from Practice Better, Paperbell, HoneyBook, and standard spreadsheet formats.
What happens when I reach my client limit?
You receive a notification at 80% capacity. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the billing page and the change takes effect immediately on a prorated basis. We do not cut off access or lock you out mid-session. Upgrading is seamless and takes under two minutes.
Is my client data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256. We store data in SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. Scale plan customers receive a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement for health coaching use cases. We do not sell, share, or use client data to train any AI models. Your data belongs to you.
Do you offer discounts for new coaches or nonprofits?
Yes. Coaches in their first year of practice qualify for 30% off Solo for 12 months. Registered nonprofit organizations receive 25% off any plan with documentation. Reach out to the support team with your credentials and we apply the discount within 24 hours. ICF-certified coaches receive a separate 15% loyalty discount that stacks with annual billing savings.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time from billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to your current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees on monthly plans, and annual plans carry a 30-day refund window if your needs change.
Does Coach AI support group coaching programs?
Yes. Practice and Scale plans support group cohorts with shared session notes, group intake forms, and cohort-level progress tracking. You manage individual and group clients from the same dashboard without needing separate tools or manual workarounds. Cohort sizes up to 30 participants are supported on Practice; Scale has no cohort ceiling.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by ACH bank transfer or check upon request. Scale plan customers who require purchase orders receive invoices with Net 30 terms. All transactions use Stripe's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.
