Does Church AI understand religious language and denominational tone?

Yes. Church AI is trained specifically on faith-community communications and understands liturgical vocabulary, denominational differences in tone (evangelical, liturgical, mainline Protestant, Catholic), and the distinct register of pastoral writing. During onboarding, you upload three to five of your past bulletins to calibrate it to your congregation's exact voice.

Which church management systems does it connect to?

Church AI currently integrates with Planning Center Online, Breeze ChMS, Elvanto, FellowshipOne, and Church Community Builder. A CSV import is available for any other system. Mailchimp and Constant Contact are supported for email delivery. Additional integrations ship quarterly.

Can multiple staff members collaborate in one account?

Growth and Multi-Site plans support unlimited collaborators. Ministry leaders can contribute their own sections of the weekly brief directly, and the communications director reviews and approves the full draft before anything goes out. No more collecting updates over email chains that stretch across three days.

What happens to our congregation's data?

Your congregation's data, including member names and connection card information, is never used to train any AI model. It is stored encrypted at rest, and Church AI is SOC 2 Type II certified. You can export or permanently delete all your data at any time from the account settings page.

Is there a contract, or can we cancel any time?

Month-to-month billing on all plans. No annual contract required. Cancel from the dashboard with two clicks and your billing stops at the end of the current period. Annual billing is available at a 20 percent discount if you prefer the predictability.
