Pricing FAQs

How are calls counted?

Each post-checkout voice call attempt counts as one call. If a guest doesn't answer, it still counts. Monthly limits reset on the first day of each billing cycle.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Changes take effect on your next billing date. If you upgrade mid-month, we'll prorate the difference. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.

What if I exceed my monthly call limit?

We'll notify you when you're at 80% of your limit. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or purchase overages at $0.15 per additional call. No surprises.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees. Starter and Professional plans are self-service. Enterprise plans may include onboarding services, which we'll discuss during your demo.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes. Pay annually and save 15% on Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise customers should ask about custom pricing during sales conversations.

What support is included?

Starter: Email support within 24 hours. Professional: Priority email & phone support within 4 hours. Enterprise: Dedicated account manager & custom SLAs.

Can you integrate with our PMS or review system?

Professional and Enterprise plans support integrations with most major hotel PMS systems (Opera, Micros, Cloudbeds) and reputation platforms (TripAdvisor, Google). Contact support for specifics.

What happens if I cancel?

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no penalty. Annual plans get a prorated refund for unused time if cancelled early. Your feedback data is available for export for 30 days.
