How It Works
Auto-Call Prospects sits at the intersection of three systems: your Sales Connector account, your TivAI voice agent pool, and your rep's calendar. When a prospect accepts a LinkedIn connection inside SC, a webhook triggers overnight, and the voice agent auto-dials the next morning with a warm introduction and calendar booking.
Connection Accepted in Sales Connector
A prospect accepts your LinkedIn connection via the SC campaign interface. The system logs the acceptance timestamp and prospect contact info.
Overnight Trigger
At a scheduled time (default 8am the next business day), Auto-Call fires an event to pull that prospect's contact info and TivAI availability.
TivAI Voice Agent Calls
A pre-configured TivAI voice agent places a call to the prospect, introduces your organization by name, references the LinkedIn connection, and offers to book a discovery call.
Calendar Booking
If the prospect agrees, TivAI syncs the appointment directly to your rep's calendar. If they decline or don't answer, a follow-up sequence can be triggered in SC.
System Architecture
Auto-Call Prospects uses a lightweight event-driven architecture that connects your three systems with minimal configuration.

Webhook Payload
When a prospect accepts a connection in SC, the system fires this payload to the Auto-Call orchestrator:
Billing & Usage
Auto-Call Prospects is priced as a usage-based add-on to Sales Connector:
- $0.50 per call placed (includes TivAI voice agent execution and calendar booking)
- Successful bookings: $1.50 per booked call (in addition to the call fee)
- No setup fee, no monthly minimum
- Billed monthly to your SC account invoice
- Full transparency: see call logs, outcomes, and per-rep costs in your dashboard
Example: 100 connections → 80 calls placed ($40) + 20 successful bookings ($30) = $70/month

Troubleshooting
Calls not being placed
- Check TivAI status: Verify the voice agent is active and has available capacity
- Verify phone numbers: Ensure prospect phone is valid and formatted with country code
- Calendar timezone: Confirm rep calendar timezone matches the call schedule setting
- Outbound carrier: Check that calling numbers are whitelisted (if required by your carrier)
Calendar bookings failing
- Calendar auth: Re-authenticate your calendar system in the SC dashboard
- Rep availability: Verify rep working hours don't exclude the call booking time
- Conflict detection: Confirm existing calendar conflicts are being detected correctly
