What counts as one enriched agent record?
One record = one unique agent per API call or upload batch. If you enrich the same agent twice in a month, that counts as two records.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the start of your next billing cycle. We prorate charges fairly.
Do unused records roll over?
No, monthly limits reset on your billing date. Starter gets 1000 fresh records each month.
