One verification = one user age check. Multi-factor checks (email + phone + biometric) count as one verification. Retry attempts on failed verifications are free.
Can I exceed my monthly limit?
Yes. Overage verifications are charged at $0.05 per check. We recommend monitoring usage via your dashboard and upgrading your plan as you scale.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Annual prepayment qualifies for 15% discount on Startup and Growth plans. Enterprise pricing is custom and negotiable.
What compliance standards do you meet?
SOC 2 Type II, GDPR-compliant, COPPA-certified (for under-13 users), and UK Age Assurance guidance compliant. All data encrypted in transit and at rest.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. You pay only for verifications plus your monthly plan fee. First 1,000 verifications are free during your trial.
What's your refund policy?
30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied. After that, monthly plans can be canceled anytime; no long-term contracts required.
