Live demo on this page

The night desk for service businesses that live or die on the next morning's calls.

A done-for-you AI receptionist that answers in under a minute, qualifies the lead, books the morning call, and sends you a one-paragraph brief at 7am. Your customers see a service. Your team sees a calendar full of warm calls.

Founding-client offer First 10 case-study clients: $400 setup, $0 monthly for 60 days.

The problem

Your best lead arrived at 11:42pm. You replied at 9:14am. They already called someone else.

Service businesses leak leads after hours. The form fires, the SMS lands, the inbox fills, and the owner is asleep. By the time anyone replies in the morning, half of those leads have moved on. The plumber down the road got the job. The other family-law firm took the consult. The clinic across town booked the procedure.

Most owners know this. They just do not have a way to staff it. Hiring an answering service costs $400 to $1,200 a month and the operators read a script. Hiring an in-house receptionist for the night shift is unaffordable. So the leak continues.

How it works

Three things, set up in one afternoon.

No new app for your team. No new dashboard to babysit. We plug into the channels you already have and write back in your tone.

01
A new lead arrives at 11:42pm.
Web form, SMS, or shared email. The inbound is mirrored to AfterHours within seconds. Your existing tools do not change. Setup is a one-hour onboarding call where we map your form, your tone sample, and your calendar.
02
We reply in under 60 seconds.
In your voice, not in canned widget copy. The agent asks two or three short qualifying questions, scores the lead, and offers two open slots from your calendar. Urgent leaks (water on the floor, court date next Tuesday) get flagged. You stay asleep.
03
You read the morning brief at 7am.
One short email, one paragraph per lead. Who is hot, who is warm, who is junk, what they want, what is on the calendar. No new dashboard, no tab to check. You decide who to call first.

Who it is for

Built for the businesses that bleed the most overnight.

Three sub-ICPs we are onboarding in the first cohort. If the words below sound like your shop, the fit is good.

Trades

Plumbers, HVAC, electricians.

High-urgency, high-ticket inbound. The sink is leaking now. The furnace is out tonight. Whoever replies first wins the job, and the next-morning callback rarely wins.

What we fix "We get five form submissions a night and reply at 9am. Half are gone."
Legal

Small law firms.

Personal injury, family, immigration. The free-consult model lives or dies on intake speed. Inquiries come in at all hours and the front desk is closed by 6pm.

What we fix "Inquiries pile up at night and intake never catches them in time."
Clinics

Med spas, dental, cosmetic.

Booking-driven, big online traffic, owners who care about a concierge feel. The brand promises a polished experience, the inbox at 1am undermines it.

What we fix "We pay for ads but the leads sit until tomorrow."

The morning brief

7am, one email. Who came in last night.

No app to install. No dashboard to babysit. The brief lands in your inbox before your first cup of coffee and tells you exactly who to call back, who is on the calendar, and who you can ignore.

If the brief feels off on day three, we tune it. Tone, length, what counts as hot. The brief is supposed to read like the best receptionist you ever had wrote it for you.

Pricing

Flat monthly fee, no per-conversation games.

Three tiers. We bill you, you do not pay per message, per minute, or per token. Pricing scales with the size of your overnight volume, not the size of our compute bill.

The cohort price beats every other option.

Smith.ai, Ruby, and Jill's all start above $300 a month for a human-read script. AfterHours starts at the same price for an actual reply that books the call. The first ten case-study clients pay setup only for the first 60 days.

Common questions

Three things owners ask before signing up.

How long does setup take?
A one-hour kickoff call and an afternoon of internal review. We map your form, ingest a tone sample, connect your calendar, and stage replies for your approval. Most clients are live within 48 hours of signing.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
Owners can override any reply by responding to the morning brief. The agent learns from corrections within a day. We also stage anything ambiguous as a draft instead of sending blind, so you decide what counts as a real lead in your business.
Will my customers know it is AI?
No. The reply sounds like your front desk wrote it. We do not introduce the agent as a bot, we do not use widget copy, and we never claim to be human if asked directly. The line we draw: helpful and quick, never deceptive.

Ten spots, first come.

Stop losing the lead that arrived at midnight.

The case-study cohort opens this week. Setup only, no monthly fee for 60 days, in exchange for a published case study at the end of it.
