How I work.

One operator, end-to-end. I do the auth schema, the Stripe billing, the customer onboarding flow, the integrations the agent spec calls for, the deployment, the monitoring. No handoffs between specialists. Less coordination overhead, faster shipping.

I work AI-amplified. That phrase means a specific thing. Most engineers I know use AI for autocomplete. I use Claude and Codex for scaffolding entire features, generating end-to-end test suites, debugging tricky issues by feeding logs in and asking for hypotheses, writing the operator-facing UI copy in your brand voice, and enumerating the edge cases I would otherwise miss. The acceleration is not 1.5x. On the right kind of work it is 5 to 10x.

What a typical engagement looks like.

• Day 0 · Kickoff (30 min). We talk through the agent spec on the product page. I name the stack I would reach for, walk through the gotchas, and give you a rough hour estimate.
• Day 1-2 · Foundation. Auth schema, multi-tenant model, Stripe billing skeleton, deploy pipeline, your domain pointed at a working app.
• Week 1 · Core flows. The customer onboarding, the agent's primary workflow, the operator dashboard. Demo on Friday.
• Week 2 · Integrations and polish. Whatever the agent spec calls for. Email, calendar, SMS, payment processors, third-party APIs.
• Week 3 · First five customers. We onboard the first five paying customers together. I shadow your support inbox the first week.
• Day 30 · Handoff. Full Loom walkthrough of the codebase, runbook in Notion, on-call for 30 days at 50% rate. Stop the engagement any time.

Not dogmatic. The best stack is the one that ships. These are my defaults.

The honest stuff.

I take a maximum of four engagements at a time. If the calendar is full, I will tell you. I do not subcontract.

Most engines reach a real production state in 30 to 80 hours. The variance is mostly in integration depth. If the agent spec calls for two third-party integrations and the API docs are clean, fast. If it calls for six and one of them is undocumented enterprise software, slower.

I do not promise revenue. I promise a working production business on your domain, ready for you to operate. The first five customers I onboard with you. Past that the GTM is on you, with the sales kit and the agent spec as your starting playbook.

If you stop the engagement at hour ten, I hand you everything I built in that ten hours. The repo is yours from day one.
