What shipped (2 substantive ships)

This iter completed the /factory/own/ cross-linking work. /honest/ already linked iter 108. iter 109 added /start-here/ + /methodology/, completing the surface coverage from all 3 high-trust entry points.

Ship 1: /start-here/ now lists 5 tiers (was 4)

The first-visitor on-ramp page had a "The four tiers" section listing Free / $5 / $99-199 / $2,500+ Operator. Added a 5th tier card surfacing /own/:

Tier 5 - Negotiated - Own the whole product. Every artifact transferred to your accounts. /factory/own/

Plus updated the section heading from "The four tiers" to "The five tiers".

Source-fixed in regen-start-here.py. Durable across the hourly regen cycle.

Why this matters: /start-here/ is the new-visitor entry point. The "5 tiers" framing reflects the catalog's actual revenue paths and gives /own/ visibility from the moment a buyer lands.

Ship 2: /methodology/ FAQ callout for /own/

The /methodology/ page already had a FAQ entry "Can I take one of these products and deploy it under my own domain?" Added a follow-on paragraph:

For full-ownership acquisitions (every artifact transferred to your accounts, white-label),
the "available to own" path is at /factory/own/. Different from the $99-199 adopt tier,
which gives you the build files. The own tier is a negotiated acquisition.

This positions /own/ alongside the existing commissioned-build framing without overwriting it. /methodology/ is static HTML; direct edit.

Three high-trust pages now surface /own/

Plus the original entry points (/storefront/, /builds/index.html) that already linked /own/. Total /own/-discoverable surfaces: 5.

Iter 109 throughput note

2 substantive ships at 60-min cadence. Iter 107-109 have been a coherent /own/-coverage arc: iter 107 (audit discovery + 8-surface coverage), iter 108 (cross-link from /honest/), iter 109 (cross-link from /start-here/ + /methodology/). The /own/ path is now visible from every high-trust entry point in the catalog.

Running queue (top 5 for iter 110)

  1. Extend audit-page-identity to /own/<slug>/day-one/ + /operator/ - 2 sub-paths per /own/ slug, ~490 more requests, brings audit to 10 surfaces
  2. Cross-link /own/ from product pages themselves - on /builds/<slug>/ or /unlock/<slug>/, surface the "you can also acquire the whole thing" option
  3. Audit /factory/dossiers/<slug>/teaser.md content quality - 244 markdown files unaudited
  4. Cadence-validate 60 min - iter 107/108/109 each 1-2 ships. Holding.
  5. 13th essay - skip until queue has fresh candidate.

Cumulative iter 1-109

The /own/ acquisition path now has discoverable bridges from every major buyer entry point. Buyers reading /honest/, /start-here/, or /methodology/ all see the path. The "available to own" tier is no longer hidden behind a single /storefront/ link.
