Date: 2026-05-14 (push mode, 60 min cadence, /own/ discoverability iter)
This iter surfaced the /factory/own/ "available to own" path from /honest/ - a discoverability improvement for buyers who want to BUY a product, not just unlock its dossier or adopt the build.
The iter 107 audit-discovery revealed /factory/own/ as a parallel buyer-touching surface that's only linked from /storefront/ + /builds/index.html. Buyers landing on /honest/ (the highest-trust transparency surface) had no path to discover the "available to own" tier.
Added a 4th checklist in the "Who should buy" section of /honest/:
<h3>You want to buy and operate the whole product</h3>
<ul>
<li>You want the landing page, video, financial model, agent spec - every artifact - transferred to your accounts on day one</li>
<li>You are looking at acquisitions, not adoptions</li>
<li>The "available to own" listings are at /factory/own/. Different framing from /unlock/ (just the dossier) and /adopt/ (the build files). This is the white-label / full-ownership path.</li>
</ul>
This positions /own/ alongside the 3 existing buyer types (builder-with-network, agency-or-operator, partner-or-investor-doing-diligence) without disrupting the existing framing. Plus explicitly names the distinction between /unlock/ vs /adopt/ vs /own/ so buyers understand which path matches their intent.
Source-fixed in regen-honest-page.py. Durable across the hourly regen cycle.
| Tier | URL | What you get | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unlock | /factory/unlock/<slug>/ | $5 - the dossier (ICP, GTM, financial model) | Buyer who will build their own |
| Adopt | /factory/adopt/<slug>/ | $99-199 - the build files (landing, video, etc.) | Buyer who wants the build, will operate it |
| Own | /factory/own/<slug>/ | Negotiated price - every artifact transferred | Acquirer / white-label / full-ownership buyer |
Plus the operator partnership tier ($2,500 Phase A + scoped B/C) for fully-managed engagements.
1 substantive ship at 60-min cadence. The /honest/ cross-link is the highest-leverage discoverability improvement for /own/: every buyer doing diligence on the catalog reads /honest/, so the cross-link surfaces the third tier to the right audience.
The /own/ path is now discoverable from the highest-trust transparency surface (/honest/). Buyers who want to acquire (not just unlock) have a clear bridge from the "what to expect" page to the "available to own" listings.
